In the area of corporate and commercial law, Dominique’s services include incorporating and organizing companies, preparing shareholders’ agreements, preparing and reviewing commercial leases and the purchase, sale and financing of businesses. Her experience in wills and estate planning enhance her ability to advise her small business clients on their business succession planning.

Dominique enjoys working with clients on their real estate transactions. From helping first-time homebuyers navigate the numerous aspects of one of the most significant transactions in their lives, to completing complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, Dominique takes the time to understand each client’s needs and expectations and works closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible service for her clients.

Dominique obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto with a major in Political Science. She went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2002. Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar in 2003, Dominique articled at Wright & Associates, a small solicitor’s practice in Etobicoke, where she remained until January 2012 when she carried on that firm as SANGUINETTI + associates.

Dominique has sat on the Board of Directors for Arts Etobicoke, a local arts service organization that promotes the arts and art education in Etobicoke and beyond since 2004. She currently serves as co-chair of that organization.
