Our experienced legal team provides expert advice and service in three areas: Corporate and Commercial Law; Real Estate Law (both commercial and residential purchases, sales, mortgages and leasing); and Estate Planning and Administration (including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and assisting clients with estate administration on the death of a friend or family member). Using a team approach, we have built a thriving practice in the Etobicoke community and beyond.

The roots of our firm run deep in Etobicoke since the days of the well-respected law firm of Downey, Shand & Herold. All of our lawyers have practiced extensively in Etobicoke in their careers. Wright & Associates provided exceptional service to clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, wills and estates law and real estate law. Vickie M. Phillips and Dominique Sanguinetti were key parts of that team and, since 2012, have continued that tradition of excellent service under the successor firm SANGUINETTI + associates.

We also continue to service the clients of Carl F. Winer, Q.C. who practiced in Etobicoke for almost 50 years and retired officially in January 2012.
